TEBA News

February recommended reading is Already Gone: Why your kids will quit church and what you can do to stop it by Ken Ham & Britt Beemer.  This book reveals research that shows that our students need us to make a difference in our churches.  This and other resources are listed on our website under TEBA Services/In Our Library.  Our library is available during office hours.

About Us:
Our Ministry

Listed below are a portion of the ministry services we partner to provide to our member churches:

Church Planting Partnerships
Through individual and catalytic partnerships, and in conjunction with our state conventions, we join with churches to plant new mission works for the purpose of reaching our community in traditional and creative ways with the gospel of Christ

Church Ministry Development
A Ministry Development team consists of a TEBA staff member, a mentor church, and/or outside resources.  The team assists churches in the development of their basic ministries as well as creating and implementing new ministries.

Connections
Helping churches, laymen and ministry staff come together for mutual peer learning experiences and fellowship.  Prayer and sharing together strengthen the individual and corporate ministries within our churches.

Church Stewardship Development
TEBA provides churches with stewardship development to strengthen the ongoing ministries of the church.  TEBA also helps churches in raising funds for building campaigns and assessing the financial viability of expansion projects.

Consultations
Individual and church consultations are provided to develop the effectiveness of member congregations and their staff.  Training is designed and implemented to increase effectiveness and church health.

Cooperative Mission Work
TEBA joins churches together to be directly involved in local and world wide mission projects.  These projects are designed to be a Christian response to the needs of our world.
